风冷却器选型计算的两个必要参数
每一款标准的风冷却器产品,都有对应的性能曲线图,
用户根据曲线图选型,依据的是两个必要的参数:
第一,实际的流量,
第二,当量冷却功率,也叫等比比散热功率。
所以,这两个参数都不知道,或者只知道其中一个,都不能准确选择风冷却器。
这对于使用者来说,是有风险的。我们常常告诉他们,核心的参数不够,无法推荐合适的产品。因为选大的或选小了都会造成浪费。
这是一件令人沮丧的事情。
但不是一件困难的事情。
所以,使用者或厂家十分必要搞清楚风冷却器这两个参数。
有一个简单的计算公式,提供给大家,
根据风冷却器的进出口油温,估算系统的散热量,
Pv≈0.028×L×(T进-T出)
T进:液压油进口温度(℃)
T出:液压油出口温度(℃)
Pv:散热量(kw)
L:油的流量(l/min)
如果不能提供上面的两个参数,就只能依据液压系统总功率的1/3作为风冷却器选型的参数。
Two necessary parameters for selection and calculation of air cooler
Each standard air cooler product has a corresponding performance curve,
According to the curve chart, the user selects the model based on two necessary parameters:
First, the actual flow,
Second, the equivalent cooling power, also known as the proportional cooling power.
Therefore, neither of these two parameters, or only one of them, can accurately select the air cooler.
This is risky for users. We often tell them that the core parameters are not enough to recommend the right products. Because choosing the big one or the small one will cause waste.
This is a depressing thing.
But it's not a difficult thing.
Therefore, it is very necessary for users or manufacturers to understand the two parameters of air cooler.
There is a simple calculation formula for you,
According to the oil temperature at the inlet and outlet of the air cooler, the heat dissipation of the system is estimated,
Pv ≈ 0.028 × L × (T in - T out)
T inlet: hydraulic oil inlet temperature (℃)
T outlet: outlet temperature of hydraulic oil (℃)
Pv: heat dissipation (kw)
L: oil flow (L / min)
If the above two parameters cannot be provided, only 1 / 3 of the total power of the hydraulic system can be used as the parameters of air cooler selection.
